Can we visit to view items first?
Yes you can if you wish to see our products first hand, you are welcome. Viewings are by appointment only.
Where are you based?
We are Walsall based in the West Midlands.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is a £100 minimum spend.
This is charged at £20.00 per hour, unless you are ordering our full venue packages which come with styling advice.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection are part of our full packages, charges do apply for all orders over our 20 mile radius.
Do you take a deposit?
A 30% deposit is required on all orders. To confirm any order the deposit is to be paid along with a signed terms and conditions and agreement of booking confirmation.
Full payment to be received 2 weeks before the event date. No exchange of items will take place without full receipt of the payment and the damage deposit.
How do you take payments?
Payment can be made by BACS or PayPal.
