Terms and Conditions
By paying your deposit and making your wedding booking with Vintage Venue Styling you are agreeing to the following terms;
Booking in deposits are non-refundable, we are happy to transfer deposits (where possible) if you are altering your wedding date.
Balances are due 4 weeks before your wedding. Failure to pay your balance on time will result in extra charges being applied to your booking. (10% of the balance per week).
We also reserve the right to cancel your booking with us if we do not receive your balance on time. You will forfeit your deposit and we will proceed legally to recover your balance.
Cancellation from the date you booked to 30 weeks before your wedding date will forfeit your deposit only. Any cancellations made will ONLY be accepted in writing & signed by the bride or groom.
Should you fail to adhere to this cancelation policy we will proceed legally to recover outstanding balances.
Reductions you cannot reduce the value of your wedding order (as per your booking sheet) by any more than 10% you cannot lessen the value of your wedding order at all within 20 weeks of your wedding date.

All damages and losses will be charged at the rate for purchase of new items.
Competition Terms
OFFICIAL RULES
* The promoter is: Naomi Francis T/A Vintage Venue Styling whose registered office is at 60 Emery Street, WS1 3AW.
* The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except family and friends of Vintage Venue Styling and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
* There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
* By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

* The competition will be run on www.vintagevenuestyling.com, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
* Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
* Closing date for entry will be 30th June 2020. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
* No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
* Complete the entry form with your name and email address.
* The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
* The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
* The prize is as follows: Vintage Venue Styling, Sweet Treat package which includes the hire of the following. Candycart, 10 Sweet selection, sweet bags, candy cart accessories, for 24 hours as shown in the image before the end of December 2022. The prize includes free delivery within 20 miles of WS1 3AW or at £0.45 per mile outside this area.
Second prize:, Vintage Venue Styling, Let's Accessorise package which includes the hire of the following. Love letters, seating plan, wedding signage, 2 rose trees or 2 blossom trees for 24 hours as shown in the image before the end of December 2022. The prize includes free delivery within 20 miles of WS1 3AW or at £0.45 per mile outside this area.
* The prize is as stated and no cash alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
* Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
* The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
* The winner will notify the promoter within 60 days of the end of the competition when and where the prize can be delivered and collecting.
* The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
* By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
* The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
* The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
